Valuation Aggressiveness in Noncash Charitable Donations Among the Wealthiest Americans
In simple terms, I was trying to find out whether wealthy taxpayers who were not affected by the TCJA (2017) started evaluating their charitable donations more aggressively, and whether they changed the composition of their donations.
